Hyrox CLASSES
HYROX classes are designed to build strength and endurance through functional, full body training that challenges people of all fitness levels. Combining cardio intervals with strength-based movements, HYROX training improves stamina, power, speed, and overall athletic performance in a supportive group environment. Whether your goal is weight loss, conditioning, competition prep, or simply becoming stronger and healthier, these classes provide structured coaching, accountability, and scalable workouts that push you to improve while building confidence and community.
adult Strength TRAINING
Our Adult Strength Classes are a great mixture between strength and performance. They are built to provide structure and guidance to people of all fitness levels. Although these classes are primarily focused on strength training, the workouts are broken down into 5 phases: Active Warm-Up, Plyometrics, Strength Training, Core and Performance, and Cooldowns. Get your blood flowing with our warm-ups, feel like an athlete again with our explosive plyometric movements, build muscle and get stronger with our strength training, and prove what you have left in the tank for our core and performance piece.
athlete class (age 7-12)
Our 7-12 year old Athlete classes are an introduction to strength training. Not only will you build and improve your coordination and overall athletic ability, you will learn how to effectively and responsibly lift weights. Enjoy a mixture of not just jumping, running, and strength training, but competing and having fun with your peers.
athlete class (age 13-18)
Our 13-18 year old Athlete classes are a step up from the 7-12 in terms of strength training. As you continue to improve and maximize your speed, jumping power and coordination, you also use the knowledge from the previous class to increase your strength through effective programming and heavier weights. This class will hold you accountable to reach those attainable goals of making your team or playing at the next level.
Personal Training
Although our Adult Strength and Athlete classes are programmed for maximal results, one on one Personal Training can take those a step further. Do you have specific goals that you want to make sure you’re doing exactly what you should be to reach those? Personal Training might be for you. Classes and training can be great supplements to each other. Want the specificity of your own workout plan, but also want the support from other members? Take advantage of our discounted training rates for our Pro and Elite level members.
Small group training
Have a group of friends, family or coworkers that would like to work out together in your own setting? Our Small Group Training might be for you. Ran similarly to a Personal Training session, but with a group of 2-10 people. These sessions will be set outside of class time at a time of your choosing. Enjoy the exclusiveness of having your own class for you and your loved ones.
